ALERT! DEPARTURE FROM GENERAL PREPAREDNESS INSTRUCTION

While basic emergency readiness remains valuable, we believe it will be dangerously inadequate for the scale of disruption that is currently emerging around the world. 


Based on our extensive research and analysis, we believe the period from late 2026 through 2028–2030 will bring the following: extreme global turbulence, & economic instability, geopolitical conflict, cyber threats, biological risks, infrastructure failures, climate disasters,  growing civil unrest the disclosure of  the existence of non-human intelligence (NHI) and the greatest threat humanity has ever confronted -- the rise of arificial general intelligence (AGi) and artifical super intelligence (ASI) that  is unaligned with our species needs that could threaten our very existence.  


In our informed opinion, the early stages of this destabilization process — often referred to by the rich and powerful as “The Event” — has already begun.


From this point forward, our focus will shift completely toward advanced Life-Protection preparation: the intelligence, skills, materials, communications systems, resilient infrastructure, and mutual-support networks needed to withstand prolonged societal upheaval.


This is no longer about preparing for isolated emergencies. It is about preparing for a rapidly escalating era of systemic disruption.


Effective immediately, all future Afroprep-NOW! members will require pre-screening or a referral from members in good standing.  IMPORTANT:  There will be no exceptions to this rule.

What Is The Anthropocene and, "The Event?"

The Anthropocene or Maafa-cene (Great disaster in Swahili) is a new historical period (epoch) that describes the destructive impact of humanity's technological, social and civil activities on the Earth's environment.  The climate crisis, pollution, conflicts, wars, novel diseases and the rapidly approaching emergence of AI/AGI/ASI are the most challenging threats that humanity has ever faced in its entire existence.  The "EVENT" is the culmination of all these situations merging into one mega-catastrophe.


How Will It Effect Our People & Communities?

Many African-American and Afro-Descendant communities worldwide will be hit hardest by these calamities and the rise of sentient AI due to factors such as proximity to “sacrifice zones,” endemic poverty, lack of resources, limited critical support & information. Systemic racism will further amplify their devastating effects, leaving these populations disproportionately vulnerable to a multitude of hazards.

    Challenge # 2 Surviving The Emergence Of ASI (Artifical Super Intelligence) in 2027-2030

    Artificial Intelligence stands as the pinnacle of human innovation—more transformative than fire, the wheel, or even the atom. Yet it also represents our greatest test. Already, AI is being shaped by the same greed, biases, and systemic injustice that have scarred our nation and world for centuries. 

    But the rise of Artificial Superintelligence — ASI — represents something even more catastrophic: a force that could rapidly exceed human control, human comprehension, and human survival capacity. If misaligned, weaponized, or unleashed without restraint, ASI could literally become an Extinction-Level Event — an ELE — not in some distant science-fiction future, but within the very window now opening before us.

    Unless we prepare, organize, and resist, there is a very real possibility that this technological revolution will not liberate us — it will sweep us aside with the same cold indifference humanity shows an anthill when it builds over it. And unlike Brother Gil Scott-Heron’s warning, this revolution will not only be televised — it will be streamed, monetized, weaponized, and watched in real time.

    Global Turmoil Is A Harsh Reality We Must Monitor & Prepare For

    We have entered a period of accelerating global instability where the threats facing our people are no longer limited to storms, blackouts, pandemics, or natural disasters. The deeper danger is systemic. A growing number of global crises rooted in war, resource scarcity, collapsing economies, racial and religious conflict, the maintenance of Western hegemony, climate disruption, terrorism, and the rise of far-right and white supremacist ideology are beginning to converge. 

    Our Mission To Inform & Protect

    These forces will trigger cascading emergencies: economic shocks, food and water shortages, fuel disruptions, civil unrest, political violence, cyberattacks, racial and religious clashes, and terrorism in multiple forms.  Afroprep-NOW! H8 & Terror Watch will serve as an early-warning network to monitor, expose, and report on these dangers, including far-right extremism, racial terrorism, conventional attacks, and nuclear, biological, chemical, and radiological threats.This isn't about fear. It's about awareness, preparation, and survival before crisis becomes catastrophe.
